Matt (Frosty)
Managing Director
Before founding BuildLab Homes, Matt Frost spent 10 years with a leading architectural home builder in Tauranga. Starting as an entry-level apprentice, he quickly earned recognition, winning Apprentice of the Year for the Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions.
Matt’s dedication and skill saw him rise through the ranks, eventually becoming a Project Manager. In this role, he gained a reputation for his attention to detail and contributed to several gold and National award-winning homes. Matt now brings this wealth of experience to BuildLab Homes, ensuring every project is built to the highest standards.
Kieran (Kez)
Site Manager
Kieran has been building for the past 9 years, gaining valuable experience along the way. After completing school, he jumped straight into his apprenticeship and is now a fully qualified tradesman.
Kieran is an outstanding team member and a true asset to BuildLab Homes. His skill and craftsmanship make him the definition of a natural carpenter, and he consistently delivers exceptional results.
